We're not chefs in white coats - we're people who train hard, eat smart, and know exactly what it takes to reach your goals.

We started My Macros Meal Prep because we were tired of wasting time and money on meals that didn't match our goals. One of us is a personal trainer who's spent over five years helping get stronger, leaner, and more confident. The other has a background in education, years of training experience, and knows how hard it is to balance real life with serious lifting. Together we built what we wish existed: a meal prep service you can actually trust to hit your macros, taste good, and keep you consistent.

 


Why My Macros Meal Prep?

Always Fresh.

Every two days we deliver fresh meals to you.

Always Rotating.

Different variety of meals every two days. You will be informed of what 3 meals will be offered for the week on the Friday before the week starts.

Always Customizable.

Each meal is customized to your personal macros. If you do not want one of the meals for the week you can always sub it out for one of our default meals.

How it Works

  1. Determine whether you would like cutting meals (300-500 calories) or bulking meals (501-800 calories).
  2. Tell us the amount of protein, carbs, and fat you would like in each of your meals. (Some macro combinations are not attainable)
  3. Pickup your meals at Tangible Fitness or have them delivered to your home or office every Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 3pm (extra fee applies for delivery).

What if I don't know what macros are best for me?

If you don't know what you would like your macros/calories to be, you are in luck! We have an on-staff nutrition coach that will meet with you for no additional cost before you place your first order. During this meeting we will discuss your individual goals and needs and help you find the best meal ratio for you.
